1. General

This shop is operated by Solfinna ehf., trading as Sunny Sky Records, registered in Iceland. Our registered address is Bæjartún 19, 200 Kópavogur, Iceland.

We sell a mix of products including print-on-demand apparel and accessories (produced and fulfilled by Printful), physical music releases (CDs and vinyl LPs shipped directly from our inventory in Iceland), and books published by Sunny Sky Records. Different policies apply to these product types where noted below.

By placing an order through this website you agree to the terms set out on this page. We reserve the right to update these policies at any time — the date above reflects the most recent revision.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We accept PayPal balance, debit cards, and credit cards via the PayPal checkout.

Your card or PayPal account is charged at the time of checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is complete. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@sunnyskyrecords.com.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the unlikely event of a pricing error or stock issue, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Shipping

Print-on-demand items (apparel, accessories, mugs, stickers)

These items are produced individually by Printful once your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Because these items are made to order, please allow extra time and note that production timelines can occasionally extend during busy periods.

Physical music (CDs and vinyl LPs)

CDs and LPs are shipped directly from our inventory in Kópavogur, Iceland. We aim to dispatch within 2–3 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times depend on your location — Icelandic orders typically arrive within 3–5 days; European orders within 5–10 days; worldwide orders within 7–21 days. All orders include tracking.

Some vinyl releases are listed as pre-orders. Estimated ship dates are stated on the product page. Pre-order customers will be notified by email when their order is dispatched.

Books

Books are shipped from Iceland. Icelandic orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. International orders are sent via international standard post with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days to Europe and 14–21 business days worldwide.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Local pickup is available for physical media and books at our Kópavogur address — select this option at checkout and we will be in touch to arrange collection.

4. Returns & Refunds

Print-on-demand items

Because apparel, accessories, mugs, and stickers are made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of wrong size, change of mind, or similar. We encourage you to check the size guides carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us at hello@sunnyskyrecords.com within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Physical music (CDs and vinyl LPs)

We take great care in packing physical media. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will do our best to replace the item or offer a refund depending on availability.

We do not accept returns for CDs or vinyl that have been opened, unless the item is faulty.

Books

If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days. We will replace the item or issue a refund. We do not accept returns for books that have been read and returned.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or PayPal.

5. Product Safety (GPSR)

In compliance with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), the following information applies to consumer products sold through this shop.

Age restrictions: All products in this shop are intended for adults (18+) unless otherwise stated. EU statutory warranty rights of 2 years apply to all products.
